MATH 506 Modern Geometry (Graduate)

This course offers a critical presentation of the development and philosophical significance of non-Euclidean geometry. The goal of this course is to advance understanding of Euclidean and non-Euclidean geometries, through analytic methods and critical thinking.

This course is available to all eligible teachers regardless of religious affiliation.  Some assignments may reflect Indiana Wesleyan University’s faith-based culture.

Prerequisite: A bachelor’s degree with a Mathematics major or must be state certified (in any state) to teach Mathematics at a secondary school level and show evidence of completing an undergraduate course in Modern Geometry with a minimum grade of “C.”
